Dependable Adoption Courier Service
After you send your adoption documents to me, I will hand deliver them to the U.S. State Department, if they need to be authenticated there, wait for them to be authenticated, and then inspect each document to ensure that they are authenticated correctly. Then I will hand deliver the documents to the foreign embassy, and return there on the appropriate day to pick them up. Again, I will inspect your documents, and send them to you via Federal Express. During this whole time, I will keep you informed through email.
I will do same day service at the Chinese Embassy, so let me know if you need that.
New offer for authentication at the Chinese Embassy:
I will take care of all of your documents except your 171H using regular service at the embassy ($20 per document-embassy fee for 3 business days), ahead of when you get your I-171-H. Then, when you get your I-171-H I will do same day service for the 171H ($50 -embassy fee for same day service for that one document), all for the same courier fee of $130 (for 10 or more documents total), as long as you provide the return shipping both times.

You will need to send 2 or 3 payments along with your documents. One can be a personal check made out to the U.S. Department of State for $8 per document to be authenticated (if authentication at the State Dept. is needed). If you have more than 15 documents for the U.S. Dept. of State, you will need to make out 2 checks, as the U.S. State Dept. will not allow each customer to submit more than 15 documents per day. If that is your case, I will submit your documents on 2 consecutive days. For the embassy, you need to send either a certified check or a money order (the embassies do not take personal checks) made out to the applicable embassy name. The third check is for the courier fee made out to Dependable Adoption Courier Service or Dependable ACS. My rates are:
1-3 documents- $50,
4-9 documents- $13 per document
10 or more documents- $130 flat rate

This might be helpful for any of you who live out of state but were born or married in D.C. or Maryland. After I obtain certification for your document, I can then proceed to get it authenticated at the U.S. State Dept. (if needed)and appropriate embassy.
